We do this by teaching our members to train smarter not harder, and to use food and exercise as a way to achieve a more holistic way of living.
We are a husband and wife team with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, based in Notting Hill, south east of Melbourne.
We specialise in High Performance, Wellness, body transformation, small group indoor and outdoor training (I.C.E- Intense Cardio Exercise). We also provide semi private group training for strength and conditioning (F.I.R.E - Focused Intense Resistance Exercise)
