Current class descriptions:
WARRIOR-FIT: 40- 45 mins of high intensity equipment based exercises eg, TRX, Sled and Battle Ropes etc.
FORCE brand new to Mana! 45 min PRINCIPLES OF STRENGTH TRAINING SYSTEM THAT INCORPORATES BASIC STRENGTH BUILDING AND NURTURING.
EMOM: The mother of all interval training classes with science based work to rest ratio efforts. Equipment and bodyweight based sessions.
BOOTCAMP: 45 mins of outdoor fitness and fun games with equipment and body weight drills. Some running included. Suited for all levels. Location: 250 Stephensons Rd, Mt Waverley (Holy Family Primary school) in summer. Mana Fitness studio in winter.
