ICE is a science-based approach that maximizes fitness & fat loss! In fact the research behind ICE principles show you can burn up to 3 times more fat during cardio exercise!

With the introduction my MYZONE you can track your efforts in real time and challenge yourself more.

MYZONE allows you to train at your ability and pace and does not compare your results as its individualised. You can link up with fellow members and create competition or simply set yourself a MEP monthly goal (Myzone effort points)

ICE and PILATES TT 2022 V4 WINTER


Class descriptions:

BODY JAM: 40- 45mins of high intensity, structured functional body weight exercises.

PILATES: Balance, mobility and low intensity exercises to help build core control, rehab back pain, build strength for pre/post natal or improve your golf swing! Class held upstairs at Mana.

WARRIOR-FIT: 40- 45mins of high intensity equipment based exercises eg, TRX, Sled and Battle Ropes etc.

COMBAT FIT: Our favorite boxing fitness class that relieves stress, raises the heart rate and packs a punch. Throw in some core work and body weight drills and your session is complete.

BELL-FIT: Brand new to Mana! 40-45 min circuit using a combination of dumbbells, kettle bell, barbell and core conditioning.

TABATA: The mother of all interval training classes with science based work to rest ratio efforts. Equipment and bodyweight based sessions.

BOOTCAMP: 45 mins of outdoor fitness and fun games with equipment and body weight drills. Some running included. Suited for all levels. Location: Ashwood Reserve in summer. Mana Fitness studio in winter.

MANA ATHLETE: 60 mins of fitness, speed, acceleration and quickness for athletic development. This program is seasonal.

MANA MEN: 45mins of fitness and fun for men over 35 who wish to stay active and connected with like minded members. This program is seasonal.
